Specifically, Serenity is the only network that brings service providers, medical professionals, older adults and their families together. The company’s mission is to bring an experience of simplicity and harmony to every step of the senior care journey.


NCV prides itself on the being with founders from the first dollar of capital through the entire start-up company life cycle. For Serenity NCV has invested multiple times starting at the earliest stage of fund raising until now.


NCV has helped Kathy with her go-to-market strategy, preparing for sales meetings and various forms of fundraising. NCV has two dedicated advisors working with Kathy and her team. One of the NCV advisors is a medical doctor that is specialized in geriatric medicine. Serenity’s marketplace traction has been significant with the help on NCV. The company closed 2024 with $600K in ARR and $1.5M in committed ARR, with projections to reach $3M in ARR by the end of 2025.


In addition to capital and strategic guidance, NCV worked closely with Kathy and the Serenity team to help prepare a compelling 'pitch' to be presented at a Healthcare Startup conference. The team did a fantastic job presenting, and won 'best pitch' and a $10k reward at the conference!
