Startups are identified through referrals, applications, or scouting to match NCV's investment focus.

Pre-Due Diligence
Founders give an initial presentation to a small group, and their pitch materials are reviewed by the Executive Director.

Founder Presentation
Founders present their pitch to all NCV members, followed by a brief Q&A session.

Leadership Assessment
and Analysis
Members conduct a detailed assessment of the founder presentation, pitch, and business chemistry.

Due Diligence
A dedicated team conducts thorough research and discusses their findings to evaluate the startup's potential.
