A New Jersey Native and University of Delaware graduate, Terry found his way into a 30+ year journey in financial service across, cards, loans, insurance and everything in-between.  He started his career with a headset on convincing people to keep their credit card, then many years later wound up as a CEO of a bank in Hong Kong navigating uncharted waters during the 2008 financial crisis.

Terry cut his teeth in consumer finance, and held many roles during his journey with a concentration across business development, direct marketing, analytics and customer service.  Much of his career was being part of large organizations, but within those large corporations, he was always tasked to launch new ventures/endeavors/businesses within which built invaluable experience in starting/growing and scaling businesses.

After getting the itch to go abroad, Terry worked and lived in Asia for 15 years and was able to learn about global norms and operations, and work with industry leaders who make up his network today. His network also extends well beyond the working stratosphere and is made of lifelong friends that have ventured out across various disciplines and ventures.

Terry shares that the "downtime" during the crisis in 2008 he mentioned above, was time to hike many of Hong Kong's trails that lead to him completing the 100K Oxfam Trail Walker, in an expedient 22 hours! And at the very top of his bucket list, is to finally learn how to play the guitar that he bought over 30 years ago!
