Rebecca is a deeply seasoned leader who co-founded and launched Capital Investment Advisors, a real estate and financial services firm that has seen over 30 years of continued growth and success. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all things real estate investment, as well as operational and entrepreneurial knowledge from starting her own business. 

Along with her knowledge and expertise, Rebecca has a strong and close network of entrepreneurs and investors with diverse backgrounds and industries that will help open up doors and access for NCV’s founders.

An avid supporter of academia, Rebecca is dedicated to giving back and serves as the Chairman of the Board at her alma mater, St John Fisher University, where she has also founded the Rebecca Pelino Entrepreneur in Residence program - an initiative designed to foster innovation and make entrepreneurship accessible to students across all disciplines. In addition, Rebecca also serves on the Board of Trustees and is the Treasurer at Our Lady of Mercy High School.

When talking about her passion, Rebecca reiterates her strong desire to give back and help those around her achieve success, and on a personal note has picked up a love for the game of golf! On her bucket list is a desire to continue to learn and grow her own knowledge base so she can expand on ways she can influence and help others.
