Naomi has enjoyed an exceptional career as the former CHRO of American Express, Canada where she also served on the HR Committee for the Board of Amex Bank of Canada. Prior to Amex, she thrived as a strategic leader with Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services and Human Capital practices focusing on Financial Services.

Naomi has been recognized multiple times for her success in the human capital world, and was awarded the 2016 HR Leader of the Year award (Canadian HR Awards), the 2016 HR Professional of the Year award (National HR Awards), and was named one of HR Reporter’s 2016 Top 25 HR Professionals of the Year.

Following her passion for people, Naomi founded Collaborativity Inc. (collaborativity.ca), a Toronto-based consultancy focused on driving progressive talent strategy in this new world of work. Naomi is also Co-Founder of future foHRward Inc. (futurefoHRward.com), whose mission is to empower Human Resources (HR), and all leaders of the future to make work better through their weekly newsletter (foHRsight), podcast (the foHRsight podcast), and private community for Sr. HR Leaders (foHRsight+).

Naomi’s brings NCV founders depth and breadth of expertise and experience in human capital  helping develop and implement creative strategies to maximize potential, engagement and ultimately drive business impact.

Aside from her passion for people, Naomi is committed to community and family. She serves as a Director on the Board of The Children’s Breakfast Clubs (breakfastclubs.ca), and enjoys yoga, spinning, discovering new restaurants and spending time with her family.
