An NCV member since 2021, Mark has done it all - from using econometric modeling to calculate demographic and economic variables at the state and city level; to creating the first model to reliably estimate damages in large class action securities litigation; to delivering valuation consulting services in his 20+ years at Deloitte! 

At Deloitte, Mark led the New England Valuation practice and specialized in business and intangible asset valuation services for tax, financial reporting, and merger and acquisition purposes, working on over 650 transactions!

Mark is a skeptic not a cynic, and this makes him invaluable to our Founders as they evaluate their strategies, projections, plans, and exit options. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 35 years of spreadsheet artisanship and quantitative analysis.

An avid traveler, Marc has been to 48 of the 50 states. Growing up a military brat and becoming a corporate operative were the impetus for over 25 relocations in his personal and professional life! 

Marc is also an avid golfer and foodie, and prides himself on being a dedicated family man. His core values and passions are rooted in the Native American proverb: “We do not inherit the planet from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”
