John, now retired, was a Senior Partner with Deloitte’s Audit practice with a prosperous 35+ year career in media, entertainment and consumer products. In addition to serving some of Deloitte’s largest audit clients, John also spent a significant portion of his career in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Deloitte’s National Office.

John is currently a member of the Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. Board of Directors, and is Chairman of its Audit Committee.  Vishay, a Fortune 1000 company listed on the NYSE, is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used in all types of electronic devices and equipment.

In addition to bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry, John has strong and deep relationships in media, entertainment and consumer products.

As he reflects on his career, John shared that he finds his Board position very rewarding personally and strongly believes it is a very important responsibility which he takes seriously and passionately. He hopes to continue to grow his board roles and relationships, through NCV and beyond.

When asked about his bucket list, John shares that in addition to extending his board roles he hopes to one day speak Italian fluently!
