In his early career, he held strategic leadership roles in large corporations that were a result of unique ideas and perspectives that drove value creation for his fellow leaders. Most notably, John successfully founded a fast growth technology consulting firm leading it to a significant, high EBITDA multiple exit. He currently serves as Chairman of a Non-Profit Board, Chairman of the Hofstra University School of Finance, and holds several additional board roles both corporate and in businesses where he has ownership.

John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in B2B service industries with a particular focus in technology consulting, software development, SaaS, and managed services. He has a vast and deep network in the Private Equity space that allows him to source valuable deals for NCV, obtain co-investors and also identify acquirers.

John is extremely passionate and a hard worker who likes to help people with a sincere sense of enthusiasm and care. He gives everything he is involved in his best intentions, effort and skills that are unique for each situation.

Aside from having an impressive career, John is a devoted husband and father, and is most passionate about his family. He and his wife take a lot of pride in having raised children with strong values, and having a family that is spirituality connected with a strong commitment to giving back and doing good in the world. 

On his bucket list, is the strong desire to take time off, pack up an RV, and drive across the United States with his wife!
