Jen recently retired as a partner at Ernst & Young, where she specialized in working with large public companies, startups, and managing transformative transactions such as IPOs and SPACs. A Lehigh University alumna, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting, and was captain of the softball team—demonstrating early on her leadership both academically and athletically.

For more than 25 years she has built strong relationships in the Seattle market, making her a well-connected and trusted voice in the community. She serves as Vice Chair of the American Red Cross Washington Board of Directors, having contributed to that board for the past 14 years.

Jen loves backing great entrepreneurs and seeing ideas grow into large-scale businesses.
