Henry, Co-Founder of NCV and now a retired Senior Deloitte Partner, is a globally recognized expert in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance; an SEC defined financial expert; and deep knowledge and experience in the financial services industry.

In addition to his professional services career at Deloitte, Henry also spent 4 years in Washington D.C as the leader of the fifth largest corporate Political Action Committee in the country navigating public policy and government affairs for a 200,000 person company. To bring the technical full circle with the creative, he is also a NY Times recognized and quoted street photographer!

At NCV, Henry is heavily focused on all aspects of risk and compliance (including cyber) and guides critical performance and decision making. He has cultivated a vast and global network of leaders from professional services and government, across the private and public sector, the power of which he openly brings to NCV founders.

Henry is passionate about harnessing uniqueness, taking perceived weaknesses and turning them into strengths. Growing up as a child with undiagnosed ADD, he often doubted his abilities compared to others. With a strong will, grit and determination, he learned how to overcome this, enabling himself to flourish and excel. It is this passion that drives him today - helping others capitalize on their uniqueness, turn their weakness into strengths, and find their best path. 

Reflecting on his bucket list and borrowing a quote from a modern-day philosopher and close friend he says, “I may have fulfilled a bucket list item with NCV because I get to ‘do epic shit with cool people’!”
