Now a retired partner, Greg enjoyed a 30+ year long and successful career at Deloitte spanning multiple leadership roles including serving as Deputy CEO and Vice-Chairman, and 6 years on the Deloitte Board of Directors. He has built deep expertise in financial services across strategic planning, transformation and execution, and brings this expertise to the NCV team. 

In addition to his leadership at Deloitte, Greg fulfills his passion for education and music through his community leadership roles on the Board of Trustees at Carnegie Hall and as Vice-Chair of A Better Chance - an organization dedicated to helping children of color achieve academic excellence through placements at Independent schools and magnet schools within the public education system.

Through his passion and commitment to client service, Greg has developed a large and deep network of executive leaders across Financial Services and beyond. The strength of this network allows him to provide a unique combination of strategic and tactical support to the NCV founders he works with.

Greg believes that a key element of success is gaining diverse perspectives, in a safe and respectful manner, and then synthesizing that input to arrive at a decision that drives decisive action.

When reflecting on his own journey, Greg shares that he is humbled to have had an incredibly fulfilling life thus far, both professionally and personally. Far beyond what he could have imagined growing up in a modest, small home outside of Detroit with his parents and grandmother. He now focuses his energy on helping his 3 children realize their potential and dreams, and to "pay back" to his wife all the sacrifices that she made supporting him.
