George began his career at Disney as an hourly employee, rose through the ranks taking several leadership and C-Suite roles including serving as the President of Walt Disney World® Resort. George and his team led a cast of more than 75,000 – the largest single-site employer in the country – and drove $13 billion in revenue. Under his leadership, Disney Springs was reimagined, a variety of hotels opened and were transformed, creative transportation alternatives such as Disney’s Skyliner launched, My Magic Plus was introduced, and a host of new attractions, rides, and shows were created for millions of guests who visited each year.

George’s legacy is his ability to create an environment to deliver a best-in-class level of excellence. He has a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience both at the individual level as well as at scale. George’s experiences have allowed him to live and work on both the East and West coasts of the US and also in Paris. Throughout his career he has been an Executive Champion for Diversity and Inclusion representing The Walt Disney Company on nonprofit boards as well as being a senior member of the company’s Diversity Council.

George has a passion for stretching the creativity of traditional thinking and an instinctive ability to mobilize teams to help transform businesses. He has a deep operations background in taking a new business and scaling it locally and then duplicating that same business globally. In addition, he has a deep and vast network in hospitality and themed entertainment, and beyond. It is this combination of expertise, knowledge and network that he brings to NCV founders without hesitation.

A strong advocate for community and paying it forward, George is dedicated to giving back through volunteering, mentoring or just being a good listener/thought partner, meeting people where they are and providing the support they need.
