Ethan brings an extremely unique background in psychology, health, and startup experience and a fresh perspective and energy.

A Jersey kid and former athlete, Ethan kicked off his career at Ernst & Young in August 2024, joining the Customer Development Practice within Business Design. He graduated from the University of Delaware in Spring 2023 with a degree in Cognitive Science, specializing in Psychological Foundations, along with double minors in Writing and Psychology.

While at Delaware, Ethan served as Vice President of the Club Baseball team, and during his time with the team, they achieved a national ranking in the top five. Ethan also worked in the university's Writing Center, where he supported students and focused on promoting accessibility in academic writing.

In the Winter and Spring of 2024, Ethan expanded his academic foundation by earning a graduate certificate in Human Behavior from Harvard University, where he studied motivation, competition, peak performance, and close relationships. He is currently continuing his education by pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology. Ethan also serves on the board of the nonprofit You Got This, Kid!, an organization committed to empowering young people through mentorship and mental wellness.

Ethan is deeply passionate about health—both physical and mental—along with nutrition, well-being, and helping others feel their best. What drives him most is creating space for people to thrive, whether through supporting their happiness, connecting with nature, or spending meaningful time with family.

One bucket list item he shares he absolutely must achieve is to travel to Sicily to see the land his ancestors came from. He wants to better understand and appreciate the sacrifices they made and the journey that created the opportunities that he is grateful to have today.
