Erin, a seasoned operations executive from the magical world of Disney, is a strategy and product enthusiast energized by finding the right focus for growth.

The bulk of Erin’s career experience was with Disney’s Theme Parks and Resorts Division where she had executive roles in operations, industrial engineering and resort and park planning. She was a General Manager for the All-Star Resort (largest value resort), head of the Magic Kingdom (largest theme park) and opened Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In addition, Erin also supported all Disney Theme Parks operations globally.
Prior to Disney, Erin held COO roles at Great Wolf Lodge Resorts and Learning Care Group. She currently serves on three public boards – FirstService (Nominating and Governance Committee Chair), Coast Entertainment (Australian company), Sonder (Audit and Nominating and Governance member). In addition, Erin has served as a Trustee at Rollins College for over 10 years. Of late, Erin enjoys consulting on “fun projects” only with organizations like National Geographic Society, Sony, Netflix and BCG.
With her industrial engineering background, Erin have been able to focus on data driven approaches to optimize operational performance. She leverages her problem-solving orientation with supportive leadership to enable teams to give their best and perform well. Erin brings a vast network in all businesses connected to theme parks and resorts (restaurants, merchandising, labor management, attractions, etc.) along with a variety of consultants that service that industry.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Erin is passionate about traveling and seeing the parts of the world where you can take in beautiful scenery and enjoy nature and wildlife. She enjoys taking in these moments and having fun with her immediate family. Complimentary to her passion for the outdoors, she is looking forward to a future e-Bike trip to Provance, France!
