As a seasoned audit and assurance leader Erin brings deep financial, governance, and industry expertise, along with a passion for mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Erin brings over 38 years of leadership experience as an Audit & Assurance Partner at Deloitte, where she led global teams for many of the firm's largest and most complex clients. Over her tenure, Erin held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Deloitte Foundation, where under her leadership the Foundation's budget tripled and nearly $100 million in scholarships were donated to help students with financial need accelerate along their education pathways. She also served as Deloitte's Global Audit & Assurance Clients & Industries Leader, guiding the firm's global audit strategy on quality, talent, growth, and transformation, and as the US Telecom, Media & Entertainment Audit & Assurance Leader, where she grew the practice and developed future leaders.
Erin has deep industry expertise advising clients on financial reporting, regulatory matters, internal controls, and M&A transactions, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University. She also brings extensive governance experience through her work with corporate Audit Committees and Deloitte's US Nominating Committee, along with an extensive network of executive leaders across the telecom, media, entertainment, and consumer industries that she leverages to bring insights to NCV's founders.
An avid supporter of education and mentorship, Erin is dedicated to giving back and has held leadership roles on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, the Professional Children's School, and Villanova University.
When talking about her passion, Erin points to the arts and their ability to spark creativity, build community, and open doors for personal growth. On her bucket list is a desire to become a voter for Broadway's Tony Awards - and maybe even take the stage one day accepting an award as a producer. Erin's superpower is her ability to truly listen to the needs of founders and strategize on how NCV can best support them.
