Chuck, Co-Founder and Managing Member, has had a stellar 32-year career at Deloitte where he rose to CEO of Deloitte’s Advisory business after being the firms Chief Risk, Reputation and Regulatory Affairs Officer. At Deloitte, he served Deloitte’s most prestigious and marquee clients. Today, he continues to serve as an Advisor and Mentor to many of NCV’s portfolio company Founders, senior executives in the Fortune 50 and serves on multiple boards as a strategic leader and thought partner.

Staying true to his passion to grow and develop the next generation of leaders, Chuck co-founded the YGTK! Leadership Foundation and serves as the Chairman of Quinnipiac University Board of Trustees and is on the Board of the Rheumatology Research Foundation. Chuck has authored two leadership books, and is on an active speaking circuit through his foundation at major universities and Fortune 50 companies.

Working with NCV founders, Chuck has a hyper-focus on leadership, strategy, governance, and strategic risk management. He has a vast and broad network, developed over decades of relationship building. He brings this network, coupled with decades of tactical knowledge and strategic leadership, to drive impact with every founding team.

When asked what is on his bucket list, Chuck shared “I seriously would rather be fishing almost always. There is something about dropping a fly, being on my boat, and enjoying the serenity of nature that has never gotten old for me. Tight Lines!”
