Cari’s executive  career included roles at American Express, Nestle and Publishers Clearinghouse. She has built $10MM+ businesses from the ground up, managed $500MM budgets and oversaw $150MM P&Ls across the payments, insurance, travel and gaming industries.

Cari's thought leadership has been shared at speaking engagements that include the Social Media Marketing Summit, DMA (Direct Marketing Association), Harvard Business School, NYU Stern School of Business, and Ad:Tech NY.

Cari founded Swell Partners, a talent solutions and consulting firm that helps Fortune 100 companies build and engage teams  in 2014 and has grown significantly and is a 3x Inc. 5000 Company. She brings a breadth of experience across talent management, digital and direct marketing, financial services, entrepreneurship, corporate culture, and leadership. This, coupled with a vast network across Fortune 100 companies makes her an invaluable member at NCV and for NCV founders.

Cari is passionate about coaching and creating opportunities for other women-owned businesses, building cultures where people and businesses thrive, and helping people discover their life purpose. Committed to building community and health, she owns a community-based yoga studio as well and finds herself dabbling in pottery! 

An avid travel enthusiast, on Cari’s bucket list, is to visit the Galapagos Islands with her family!
