As a rising leader at MidCap Advisors, Brandon has gained significant traction, quickly rising through the ranks, and having closed over 50 transactions and over $650mm in deal value in a short 5 year period. During this time, Brandon has built a deep knowledge and expertise of the lower middle market environment, and structuring successful deals with and for companies with less than $100MM in revenue.

A former athlete who played football at the University of Connecticut while gaining his degree in Finance, Brandon has already enjoyed significant success in his early career. In addition, his professional network spans the deal making environment inclusive of professional services such as legal, accounting and consulting, as well as prior successful client relationships. Brandon finds tremendous joy in being able to help small businesses and startups achieve their goals and monetize their hard work and passions.

Personally, Brandon is an avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast who can invariably be found at the local crossfit gym or on the golf course. He enjoys the ability to meet new people through these avenues and is energized by learning about different interests, hobbies and expertise that are different from his own. He is a die hard New York Jets fan, which he admits has not served him well, and also clashes with his Boston Redsox pride - but this competing fandom gives him a great sense of pride, no matter how confusing!

Brandon is motivated to play at Augusta National or any major championship golf location, and has on his bucket list to travel and play golf on as many courses as the world has to offer!
