Bob is a seasoned global operating executive, board member, and internationally recognized Financial Services industry expert, with deep expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Management, and Insurance. Bob brings over 35 years of experience operating global businesses and advising Fortune 500 C-suite executives across a broad range of topics including business and technology strategy, governance, operational efficiency, regulatory, risk, and compliance.

Bob spent more than 37 years at Deloitte as a senior partner, retiring in 2023. There, he held significant leadership positions across Deloitte’s global business including most recently managing Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry practice. Under his leadership the practice generated over 30% of Deloitte’s global revenue, spanned 40 countries and included 100,000+ professionals. Additionally, the business grew more than 80% and expanded into new markets, especially in Asia and the Middle East. 

Since retiring from Deloitte Bob has become deeply involved with start up and early stage investing, working with and participating in a number of funds across the PE and VC landscape.  He is currently an LPA in a NY based VC fund (New York Capital Advisors) investing in Fintech.  At NCV, he is a strategic advisor across the portfolio and is a Board Advisor to two seed-sage founders in the Healthtech and Travel industries.

Bob is an avid golfer and fisherman/boater, and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.  He lives primarily in Naples Florida and Avalon NJ, and often globe-trots over to Bermuda and back to the New York City/Northern New Jersey region.
